Without a doubt my favourite hot drink!
A perfect, tasty, and healthier alternative to a hot chocolate. But with a subtle slightly more spiced chai flavour due to the cinnamon and ginger root good for staving off sugar cravings and stomach pain/sickness.
The ingredient ashwagandha helps to balance energy levels and aids sleep, so this drink is perfect just before bed especially if you struggle to wind down.
The ingredients are all organic with no added sugar, and mostly fair trade and degradable packaging.
