The jackfruit were marinated with ginger, hence the spicy and light bitterness taste. The rocket leaves also forms a light bitterness taste as well. On the other hand, the satay sauce and honey pineapple offers sweet flavour. The carrot and shallots taste pretty refreshing. Overall, this is quite an interesting dish for me.
