Frozen “chicken” patties. Mainly made of pea protein, these are even gluten-free and soy-free. Flavor is quite mild, but good, texture - kind of soft and mushy inside and gets crispy outside. Goes well with ketchup, in burgers. Found in “Maxima”. #veganuary
