Looking back at pictures from my camera roll, I just found this photo of a salad bowl I had in Flax and Kale in the pre-COVID days.
The Superfood salad bowl has zucchini noddles and is topped with crunchy salad leaves and 2 types of hummus.
It was original, nutritious and delicious - and I can't wait to have it again when I go back! 🥗🥬💚
