Okay, so we overdid on the hiking a bit today. This seems to help....
Vegan, cruelty-free, sulfate and paraben-free, fragrance-free (although it contains essential oils so there is a nice scent). Ahhhhh..... #veganuary

We have an 800 acre forest just next door, which I am enormously grateful for. Today we went farther afield, about 45 minutes away. If you look at a population map of Vancouver Island, you see that most of the island is uninhabited, mountains and forest. We are lucky to have no restrictions on our outdoor behavior, except for social distancing on walkways, because there is so much space. I think in some other parts of Canada it is different. We feel very fortunate. I wish you could be here. There are even wild blackberries in the late summer. I am not a native Canadian; I am an immigrant. So I may be a little overzealous, as immigrants often are.
