Made a decent batch of keto pudding for 2 people! The packaging says serves 4 but I think it’s closer to 2-3 people. It tastes a lot like the plant milk you choose, so say you’re not a fan of soy milk try almond or another milk that you prefer. It doesn’t set completely so beware of that if you want yours to set in a mould. Also, I think calling it pudding makes you taste pudding. I pulled a prank on a friend and told them it was homemade porridge and they just could not bring themselves to like it afterwards 😂#veganuary #veganpudding #iherb
