Review of Compost Plate at The Red Fern by agattelaro

I went to The Red Fern for the first time on my birthday, and I tried the compost plate, which was my first experience with any sort of “garbage plate,” as I never had one before becoming vegan. I thought that it was really tasty, and was an obviously healthier alternative to the traditional garbage plate or even to many veganized garbage plates like those found at The Gatehouse or Dogtown. Still, taste was DEFINITELY not sacrificed, and I would definitely recommend the dish.
