This was supposed to be the semi-steamed semi pan-fried style, but it wasn't pan-fried enough,I feel.
So the whole texture was pretty sticky.
Taste was delicious, maybe it could do with a wee bit more filling, but maybe that's just me being greedy.
So u need more if u're a big eater.
