This was my first time trying the Impossible Burger in a restaurant! I personally think it’s the best vegan burger on the market, if you’re looking for something that tastes exactly like meat. At Hopdoddy, you have to order it without cheese and mayo, I definitely wish they would at least offer vegan mayo (and vegan cheese would be great!). At nearly $15 it’s not exactly a bargain, but it makes sense given the restaurant’s coveted location in Denver’s Union Station. Great option if you’re staying at The Crawford Hotel (in the same building).

Just a heads up that Impossible has served vegans dairy cheese with their meatballs while saying it was dairy-free, and they took no responsibility. They've also said their goal is for meat-eaters who want to eat more plant-based to buy their products, not vegans because they're not a vegan company. But of course, they do still want our money 😩
