Review of Orh Luak at Vege Pot 素砂煲 by xinru-t
Vegan oyster omelette ($5.50) made from tofu and seaweed-wrapped 'fish' (I think it was their in-house 'unagi'?), instead of the straw mushrooms usually used in vegetarian/vegan oyster omelettes. This was savoury without being greasy, and there was a nice balance of crispy and starchy parts. Impressive and would definitely order this again!
