The tart base is very nice, fresh, crispy, The fruitiness is well balanced, the flowers decorated are just beautiful, nothing more, nothing less. Probably the best in HK!! 

And the hand drip coffee (Brazilian and Columbian) is very good, smooth, balance, hints of nutty, very match with the cakes!!
