I ordered this cake for NYE. It was so hard to resist taking a bite as I had to wait from the moment it arrived in the afternoon until midnight when we could finally eat it! It has a very subtle taste. Not too sweet, it’s actually hardly sweet! I didn’t taste the caramel so much, the middle is like cheesecake, I don’t know what it is made out of, probably silken tofu, and the cake on the bottom was also not so flavorful. I liked it a lot as I don’t enjoy when something is too sweet but it may not be for you if you’re looking for something flavorful or something to be a remedy for your cake/dessert cravings.
