It's probably to most shelf-stable butter I've ever had, kept it out in the open straight for 5 months (hot months) and it didn't spoil at all. This is a common addition to most of my meals - from Maggi to Parathas. Definitely a taste enhancer, it's unsalted so some might prefer to add it according to taste but it works just fine otherwise too! A great addition to my Pav Bhaji!
