I had Red Robin's Impossible burger the other day, and I was very pleased with the plant-based patty. When ordering, veganize it by requesting no cheese, no mayo, and a lettuce wrap instead of the bun.

The patty itself had a meat-like texture, and the flavor was very close to beef. The lettuce wrap was iceberg, and I think butter/boston lettuce would serve better as a "wrap". As always, the steak fries were amazing!
