Out of all the Green Guru products, the smoked tofu is my fave. It brings a meaty flavour that no other tofu does! (Must be the liquid smoke). We made Mapo Tofu with using it and it absorbed the flavours nicely and has a great spongey texture. 10/10 from me. Yummmmmm!
