i have taken these vitamins for about 2 years now and i love them! i recently got bloodwork done at the doctor and everything besides my vitamin D was perfect (it was only a bit low so i supplement vitamin D now). my only issue with them is that they are very expensive and definitely not accessible for those with not much income coming in.
