These nachos are soooo interesting! Thick-cut tortilla wraps crisped up, with Japanese curry sauce and wasabi coconut cream drizzled over the top. Paired also with mango, green apple chunks and edamame. Doesn't seem like it would work too well together, but it really does! Pleasing and very umami. Although it gets a bit jelak by the end - you'll find yourself missing the more traditional, crispy and crunchy nacho chips by the end.
