similar to the sweet potato bun, this was really mild in flavour. the matcha taste isn't very strong and it's on the more floral side, so if you're looking for a "gao" kind of bitter matcha, this ain't it. the chewiness and stretchiness of the mochi was definitely enjoyable though!
