What better way is there to start a day than with cheesecake? Gave this key lime treat an upgrade with some coconut whipped cream! It’s from Trader Joe’s, though I’m a little confused on whether it’s their own brand. Whoever makes it has done an amazing job. While it comes out like whipped cream, it definitely tastes like coconut... Otherwise, it’d fool me on being plant-based!
