Nice product! This is a mix of seasoned and marinated eggplant, zucchini and red bell peppers. The bag notes that it is meant to be eaten at room temperature. I had some that way but also warmed up with onions and vegan sausage + fresh basil. Yummy and great when you’re in a time crunch or don’t feel like spending a long time prepping and cooking.
