I really hope the fairtrade movement/label is genuine and is making a meaningful difference in the chocolate industry 🙏 'n not just another hazy gimmick

I'm not all too crazy about choc bars but sometimes I do appreciate a good old classic dark chocolate bar - preferably bitter @ minimum 70% cocoa

This one from Co-op Irresistible pretty much fulfilled my taste buds' requirements mindfully 😚

If I'd imagined a scale of sweetness vs. bitterness, it'd be like :

👉 30% sweet (mild)
👉 45% bitter
👉 25% cocoa's natural flavour/taste

I wonder if the above makes sense 😂
