This isn’t cheap — and once you open it you have to consume it within 100 days. It’s hard to find omega-3 without fish oil, so I’m happy this non-vegan brand created a vegan product. Not gonna lie — taking this isn’t great, since it’s actual oil. The best way is to just take a teaspoon directly in your mouth. If you mix it with water, it’s more difficult to ingest. The lemon flavour is strong and a little bit gross, but palatable. I guess this is better than taking tablets because your body absorbs it better. You have to keep it in the fridge so the problem is that I often forget about it!
