They don’t have many vegan options but you can get the bi him bap vegan! It’s really good, and we ordered it with a side hash brown. All really good, fresh and delicious. I’ve ordered this every time I go. FYI their kimchi is made with fish sauce so they kindly put it on the side. You can ask for the order without it :)
