Review of kickin cashew queso dip - Fresh Cravings by sunshinefairytale

Found this delicious queso in the produce section at Publix. It's amazing! It really added cheesy spiciness to the Mexican-style stuffed peppers I made. It's also a perfect sauce for veggies like broccoli or spinach, especially when I'm feeling too tired (or lazy) to cook - add beans & rice to the veggies & it's a quick meal! I highly recommend this to anyone who even remotely likes queso. I shared tortilla chips & this queso w/ some non-vegan friends who were skeptics, but they quickly ate their doubting words - along w/ pretty much all my chips & queso! #veganisnotscary
