Hello Vegan beauties!
I found this Camembert alternative and I really enjoyed that! I actually marinated that and grilled for a while as I love running “cheese”. This cashew camember did not melt much, but the taste was pretty good. Definitely better than Mr&Mrs Watson camembert.
You can buy it at Willicroft store in Amsterdam. The only downfall is its price, it’s like 3x more expensive than dairy cheese :(
