Vegan Vanilla Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Sandwich 

This is great, completely can't tell it's not dairy. Waited a while for it to thaw and the cookie is soft and chewy! It's not sweet so no cloying feeling. Quite pricy at $7 though (original price at $8 vs normal dairy versions at $7)
