Miso Glazed Eggplant al Monster Kitchen and Bar — Recensione di ed8080 (7 ott 2020)

This dish is listed as vegetarian on the menu because I believe the furikake spice normally used is not vegan. However, they were more than happy to make it vegan on request and I don't believe this made the dish any less delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed it as a main, ordered from the bar menu, although shared a couple of vegan sides as well. It's dressed with radish and wasabi leaf which is where the lovely colour comes from.
