Seitan Gyro (spicy) al Rutabagas Comfort Food — Recensione di quadantics (26 set 2020)

It's hard to tell from the picture, but this gyro was loaded with spicy seitan meat (wheat gluten). One of the highlights of this sandwich was it's use of cucumber dill sauce, delicious, I wish there was more on it!!
This gyro tastes similar to an animal meat gyro butt still stands on it's own for flavor. The texture of the seitan was perfect!
