Falafel, spicy but dry.
Quinoa super basic.
Farinata ok.
Stewed veggies ok.
Russian salad ok.
Seitan "tonnè" very good.
In the complex, I would not reduce my meal on the buffet only, but just for a fast appetizer before the main dish.
