Peking tacos al 2084 — Recensione di Eco warrior (18 set 2020)

It is trying to be or inspired by peking duck. The taco soft shell was too chewy. Deep fried mushrooms tasted great on its own. The sweet sauce that goes with it was too overpowering, use little or none.
I wouldnt say this is Vegan version of peking duck, but good idea just need to perfect that taco.
