This was basically a big veggie bowl full of unique flavors including jicama, beans, carrots, roasted bell pepper, nopales (cactus), on top of rice. The avocado and crispy tortilla strips really tied each bite together. Be careful- the sauce it comes with is VERY spicy, luckily I was able to ask for a non spicy sauce to eat it with
