Mushroom Quinoa Risotto al La Hoja Verde — Recensione di veganvoyagers (17 set 2020)

We didn’t overly love this dish. The quinoa may not have been cooked quite through and made it a lot harder and more gritty than a traditional risotto which would be creamier. Kind of tasted like gritty dirt- needed some flavor.
