Fried Monkey Head Mushroom Butter 奶油猴頭菇 al Coco Veggie Nyonya Cuisine — Recensione di Shanna (14 set 2020)

I was quite impressed this was vegan. I asked the server twice if this was really vegan, and she explained that there is no milk, and coconut milk was used to create the buttery sauce. I liked how you bite through the mushroom and there's a slight nice crisp on the outside, but the teeth quickly find a soft chewy texture to slice through. The buttery sauce didnt have a coconut flavour and was just mildly sweet. Nice~~~
