Pumpkin Croquette Bun al Shoryu Ramen Shoreditch — Recensione di sallyivens (8 set 2020)

These are marked vegetarian on the menu but we were told they could be made vegan if ordered without the mayo. They were nice, the pumpkin croquette itself is delicious, but as a whole they were quite stodgy. Iceberg lettuce seemed an odd choice for a bao bun. The spicy sauce was nice but vegan mayo would help them be slightly less dry. They are really big and filling, definitely good for the price.
