This tofu is a densely rich flavor bomb! It is served cold in the cooler bunker of the deli. There is so much flavor in these huge chunks of tofu, I would recommend putting it on top of a brown rice/jasmine rice/quinoa or the like to help tame the intensity. In my opinion, this recipe could afford removing the sea salt and cutting the oil use in half.
The feeling I got after eating half a pound of this Curry was the same feeling I had, at least over 6 years ago, before being vegan. Every once in awhile (1 time a year) I would go to Long John Silver's, and after finishing would feel like I had way too much sodium and oil...Ugh!
Ingredients:
Organic tofu, organic celery, organic onion, organic carrot, light canola Mayo (soy), organic tamari, toasted sesame oil, organic curry powder, organic paprika, cajun spice blend, organic chili powder, parsley, sea salt, organic black pepper.
