I would never guess this was made from avocados, but this is a very creative product that really tastes like butter. So soft and easy to work with. Pictured here is French Bread toasted with this spread. I was hoping to capture the golden crisp brown, but my photo doesn't do justice.
Their website appears to have some nice recipes too, although I haven't tried any yet.
For the record, I made a Korean Street Sandwich here. I veganized it by using Just Egg, Yves Ham, Violife cheese slice, and Veganaise, which I'll post in separate reviews. So good!
