Review of 2 piece cauliflower chicken at Watercourse Foods by mallory17

They removed the southern plate I used to order from the menu and replaced it with this which is somewhat similar. The sauce was different but still good. The salad is the same which I was very happy about. Unfortunately they don’t have the mashed potatoes and gravy anymore which is very sad. Hopefully it’ll come back for the fall. I got potato salad instead which was kind of undercooked and under seasoned and rather dry.
