
Really not a fan of the taste of this sweetener. If anyone has any recipe ideas for it , please let me know - wouldn’t want to waste it 🥴

An option is to mix it in when making tahini. The molasses has a demarera flavour when not super concentrated. This better than that metallic flavour. You could definitely use it in tomato sauces or in a tarts in a similar way.
