
Currently obsessed with adding these dehydrated tofu I found at #donki into everything I cook. Unlike silken tofu which doesn’t absorb anything or firm tofu which requires seasoning or marinating beforehand, these bite-sized pieces soak up the flavor of soups and gravy really well. They increase to about twice the size when cooked and the texture is quite springy and chewy too, just like a sponge lol
