Review of Dim sum buffet at LingZhi Vegetarian - Liat Towers by szexsam

Ordered this charsiew puff pastry and I love the extra flavour brought out by the toasted sesame seeds. Made the whole pastry really fragrant! The pastry skin is on the thinner side, slight moist and crisp, which makes the filling very hearty in comparison. Some might not be used to this ratio since regular puff pastry tend to have more pastry than filling, but this works for me too! I think this could've been made better if it was just a little bit less sweet, with a stronger smoky flavour.
