There are just so many things to love about Trilogy Sanctuary; the oceanview rooftop seating, the good vibes, and all the amazing whole food plant based dishes.

These tacos are SO good! Housemade quinoa chorizo and avocado with a creamy spicy sauce and served on these perfectly moist and chewy red corn tortillas. Definite favorite!
