Review of Charcoal Bread at Dongshan Eastern Highland Healthy Cake House by kismetcandle
Sorry for the crappy photo, but it really tastes a lot better than it looks! I ate it a day after I bought it and it was still soft and chewy, with a slightly smoky taste that gave it character. There were some sweet little bits in it that reminded me a little of raisin, but not too sure what it was. It's very moreish - I ate some while sitting at my desk working intending to have a little, but ended up eating the entire loaf.
