Do let the staff know that you would like a vegetarian version of the char Kway Teow with no egg. Apparently they are able to provide vegetarian options for other stir fried dishes like fried rice so do check with them! Authentic Penang taste and comes with a generous portion of bean sprouts and mushrooms!
