Fried Enoki Satay Tofu al Minf Houze Vegan Cafe — Recensione di Steven Neoh (21 lug 2020)

This is amazing if you're feeling like a low-carb lunch or a heavy snack. The tofu is crispy on the outside and gloriously soft on the inside. The deep-fried enoki reminded me of the texture of soft-shell crab, somehow. The peanut sauce was sweet, spicy, and rich. Not quite satay but I'm not complaining!
