This just dropped in Kroger and my meat -eating parents are loving adding it to spaghetti sauce and Soups. It’s made with textured pea protein and shiitakes and it’s not bad, considering that I’m not usually a fan of these alt meats. But they have their place, and I love that there’s another option that’s affordable. #uplandspeak
