So for about a year I’ve been hearing the best reviews about this stuff and I finally gave it a shot I will say I also started doing a skin peel(review a few posts back) at the same time I started taking the supplements I’m not sure which one improved my skin the most but holy crap is there a difference!!! It’s also great for SO MANY THINGS!! just research the benefits!
