Chickpea Salad al 수카라 Sukkara — Recensione di Madeleine (8 mag 2020)

Don’t be intimidated by the huge plate the salad comes on! It is quite shallow. The leaves and tomato were fresh and crisp, and the chickpeas plentiful and well seasoned. It was fun to mix and eat, but I just wish the dollops of vegan aioli weren’t so scant and stingy! Also, the slices of tomatoes were quite big and cumbersome for a salad- they just needed one more chop to fit them on your fork. Overall, a nice salad.
