Good Product, but when you cook it, it takes a really long time for the color to change from pink to brown, compared to impossible/beyond/ and actual meat products. Also has this liquid smoke flavor as I guess is to compensate for the lack of natural meat flavor? Personally wasn’t a fan but my omnivore family and friends really liked it.
