This stuff is so decadent and great! I use it as a more flavorful alternative to almond milk for my smoothies, chia pudding and overnight oats. The best part is that Elmhurst used to be a dairy, and they switched to plant milks, so I want to support them. The ingredients are super clean, they do not package in plastic and it's shelf stable until you open it. Wonderful stuff.
