Be warned - this is a SUPER peppery patty which basically overshadowed any other flavour or subtleties that might be present. Although this is an Indian brand, the patty has a oriental/Chinese taste to it.
Interestingly the patty is super pale even after air frying (contrast this with another patty that turned golden brown).
Conclusion: this is easily the worst patty amongst those I've tried...
